Looks like the Sky Logo button may be sticking on your Q remote.

This button takes you direct to the Recordings section.

Thanks but it's not there. Been watching fine. Remote on table not touched and it's flicked up. Did it last night too

Button is sticking I reckon. Physical problem or had something spilled in it.

Take the batteries out and see if it stops.
