I want to record a programme that ius on next week. When I press record on my remote, I get the message "This programme cannot be recorded" at the top of the screen. I CAN record the programmes either side of this one, just cannot record the programme I want!
I have plenty of disk space remaining, so it's not a space issue... any ideas folks?

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
