Moved our dish and now cannot get a signal

We had to have our dish moved due to building work. We had a satalite engineer come to do it but he cannot get it to work in the new location.  There is a signal but not we can't seem to pick it up - its very weak?

Hi @Clare35 

You need to contact Sky for an Engineer to fix it.

Youcould get an independent installer but this would be at a cost.

how do I call out an engineer - 

I can't see any link and just keep getting directed to help guides which are not good

Hi @Clare35 

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
