Unable to play recordings as it says there is a technical fault with this channel.

When I play back recordings, it gets so far through then comes up with a message that there is a technical issue with this channel.  Have rebooted box but hadn't  worked. Also when I try to fast forward, the box freezes & wont move.

@Hairbear1 You could try resetting the settings in the Q boxes hidden menu.
To enter the hidden menu press the home button and scroll down to settings but do not select settings.
With settings highlighted press 0 0 1
Only Carry out the first Reset being Reset Settings as the others will wipe all recordings.
After the reset you will have to re-pair your remote assuming you are using a bluetooth remote by pressing 1 and 3 together on the remote

Same issue for me.  Its as if the hard drive is bust.

@Anthony99 @Hairbear1 if you think you are having hard drive problems then follow the link below it should lead to replacing your box
