Unable to pair Sky Q remote with new Panasonic TB-50W60AEY

Unable to pair Sky Q remote with new Panasonic TB-50W60AEY. Have tried all the normal methods eg pressing 7 and 9

then 1 and 3 ( pointed at box) plus also tried searching under Vestel under make.

I have the same TV and can't pair the Sky Stream remote. 😖
