Hi
My Sky Q contract ended in July. I want to discuss changes and also look at a package with broadband.
Deals look a lot better for new customers that existing ones.
What would be the advice for next steps / contact etc.

@Clembosis i recently renewed my TV contract half expecting a sharp increase (based on people's reports here).
However i added Sky Max Full Fibre 500 broadband at the same time and actually managed to reduce the TV sub cost slightly as well as taking advantage of the Black Friday £27 broadband deal.
So hopefully if you are also adding broadband to your package you can negotiate a good deal.
I used the following messaging service for negotiations
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Still need help
Use the online Messenger service. It says to cancel but you can also use it to renew subscription.

Thanks so much. I've added broadband and renegotiated the tv contract. Made a significant difference 👍🏻
