@G-LB_ERY  have you gone to settings within the app and turned them on from there?

Hi @G-LB_ERY   "We cannot" doesn't give us much to work on. As with ALL streaming Apps, the starting point in always direction Up or Down. As far as BBC iPlayer is concerned, Direction Down (or Up), highlight Subtitles, Select toggles On or Off.
