Netflix added when asked not to, called and told removed and it hasn't been, kids channels have now

I changed my TV package so I could get TNT sports. I was asked if I wanted Netflix added and I said NO as we already have a multi-screen account. It was added! 

I called to have it removed and was told that was done and any issue to call Netflix. I done this as I was still getting the login screen. I was then told by them that it hadn't been removed properly.

I have also this morning lost all the kids channels, when you have two 8yr olds this isn't great!
