So I'm another one who's had this problem for over a month, but it's been resolved..

 

Simple phone Sky customer service and ask the service team to deactivate and reactivate TNT Sports package and it's refreshes everything.

 

It worked instantaneously 😃

say 'activate subscription channel' when it asks why you're ringing.

 

it sometimes has an automated saying saying "we'll send you a link" etc

Sorry I'm not sure with that.

 

I had TNT Sports with EE/BT initially and moved over and added it onto my existing Sky package as EE no support Multiroom viewing on TNT since the change from BT. It's crazy.

I get it set up.  Changed my VPN to Uk and got logged in..  its a sky problem the link is set up wrong

I had a link in a text from sky to activate my discovery plus but it kept failing....Based on the advice seen above, I set my vpn to uk, clucked the link in the text to activate my discovery plus account and it worked....That link was months old and never worked until I did it with vpn set to uk

Raised another complaint last week.  Told they could "reset" my sky system to reactivate discovery.  Guess what......Passed to a back office function again for about the 10th time!

 

So I just emailed the CEO to see what her team can do and if that is also a nothing then its a complaint ot CISAS(OFCOM)

I have taken the step of emailing your office direct as I am unable to get any satisfactory assistance with an issue I have had for about 2 years now since I swapped from Sky Q to Sky Glass.
 
Now Sky Glass over all is very good and I am more than satisfied with it.
 
My issue is that when I moved over as part of my deal I was to get Discovery Plus free with the TV package I subscribed to.
 
I went through all the steps required on the Market place to get Discovery, Paramount and Disney with no issues.
Then about 1 to 2 months later Discovery plus stopped working and I received a screen message saying "upgrade to watch".  I contacted Sky about this but they were unable to help.  I then contacted Discovery plus direct but they were unable to help as it is a Sky issue.
 
Now for the first 2 months Discovery plus worked then for the last 2 years it hasn't.
 
I have had numerous phone calls and online discussions with sky support staff and no resolution to the problem.  I have raised I think 3 complaints about this and some of them have been closed without even speaking to me.  I have asked to be emailed as I can't always answer the phone to discuss this when working but sky kept calling and leaving messages.
 
Every time I call back I would have to go through ALL the same conversations again and again.
 
Last week I again raised another complaint and on an online chat I was told I needed to make sure the email address I used with discovery plus from sky was not on the discovery system, it isn't I had discovery delete all my details.  Then I was told after this Sky would reset my system and I would be able to re activate discover plus.  Well this morning while online to sky again trying to get this done it can't happen.
 
I was told ONCE AGAIN it would be passed to a back off support team to look into.  Now this passing back to a support team has happened for 2 years with absolutely no results.
 
All I want is to get the discovery app for free like I was told when I signed up to sky.  And just so you know I was told by one of your staff that Discovery plus is free so it doesn't matter if I get it or not.  I think that is false advertising.
 
I would appreciate you looking into this matter.  
 
Further for your information there are thousands of people with this same issue in the UK.  It is a major thread in the Sky community groups.

I too have had this problem.  Is the answer to simply remove TNT Sports from my Sky package and subscribe directly to TNT and then watch via an App?  Seems no difference in cost.
