So I'm another one who's had this problem for over a month, but it's been resolved..

 

Simple phone Sky customer service and ask the service team to deactivate and reactivate TNT Sports package and it's refreshes everything.

 

It worked instantaneously 😃

Won't me out the number as it says it's been repeated on here too many times lol so I'll spell it out..

 

zero three(x3) seven five nine one zero one eight

 

say 'activate subscription channel' when it asks why you're ringing.

 

it sometimes has an automated saying saying "we'll send you a link" etc

What happens if you never had the TnT package to start with?

Sorry I'm not sure with that.

 

I had TNT Sports with EE/BT initially and moved over and added it onto my existing Sky package as EE no support Multiroom viewing on TNT since the change from BT. It's crazy.
