Unable to access Sky Q

Hi. I'm unable to access Sky Q with remote, have to switch on manually. Once on, TV stuck on channel 4 for past 3 days. No movement up, down, left or right with remote. Please help.

Firstly would suggest repairing your Sky q remote.
