Hi. I'm unable to access Sky Q with remote, have to switch on manually. Once on, TV stuck on channel 4 for past 3 days. No movement up, down, left or right with remote. Please help.
Hi there. I'm unable to access Sky Q. I have to turn on manually and once on, TV stuck on channel 4 for past 3 days. No movement up, down, left or right with remote although volume works and switches on TV but not Sky Q box. Please help 😥😥
