Ultra hd not showing

I am pressing the red button to get the ultra HD as it says but when i press this it's not giving the the UHD option as it usually does? Trying to watch leeds Vs millwall

Hi @Jacob2 

Are you sure that your Q box is still set to 2160p?

If so try accessing the UHD football through the Home menu Sports option.

On your Sky Q box, go to;

Home>Sport>Live sport this week and select the MillwallvLeeds tile, that shows Uhd and it it launch it in uhd.

Have you checked your box is still set for uhd? Also try getting to uhd the other route. Find the match in the guide, try "i" and look for other showings.
