Can’t watch PL match highlights on Home Screen

Hi all,

I like to watch the Premier League match highlights on the Sky Q home page, but I have noticed since the start of the season I can't seem to watch any. 

I scroll to Premier League highlights and pick the match I want to watch, 

I get a blue screen with the message 'please wait for your programme to load' along the top of the screen. 

After a few seconds it shows the message 'Sorry, this item is currently unavailable, please try again later.' Or sometimes I get 'There is a technical fault with this programme, please try again later'. 

I am in Ireland, and have a basic package. 
I used to be able to view these highlights every weekend evening, but now they aren't working. 

Has anyone have any suggestions for me please?

No, unfortunately I've had no joy with it. 
I wonder is it down for everyone? 
I'll try my parents skyQ box later to check.

but I have noticed that I can watch PL highlights on my Sky Go app on my phone.

Hi @DWF1 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?.

No issue for me Home - Sports - Football - Premier League Highlights

I have tried this to no avail. 

It's still not working for me. 
Any other ideas?

If I go to Home - Sports - Football - Premier league highlights they don't work either, 

but if I go to Premier league teams I can watch the highlights on each team. 
It's a bit convoluted but at least I can watch them that way.

My premier league highlights section still stuck on last round of last season, tried rebooting &  updated software to no avail. 
Parents box the same.

Anyone successfully sort this? Paying enough for the subscription to expect this to work...

I'm still getting this here too. Irish user too and judging by comments seems to be something just impacting Irish customers.
