Ultimate TV add on issue includes a Netflix subscription .

I have the Ultimate TV add on on which I understand includes a Netflix subscription . I cancelled my HD add on today and now my Netflix is 'paused' awaiting payment. Does anyone know if I can just had Netflix SD? Does the Ultimate TV add on have any other value outside of Netflix?

Hi @Lisa248 

If you change you package in any way I believe Netflix with Sky may revert to the latest prices.

Netflix prices have changed.
However these changes should not come into effect unless you change or renew your Package .

Included with Sky Signature

Boost to Netflix Standard (No Ads).
£10
High definition
Watch on 2 devices

Boost to Netflix Premium
£15
Ultra high definition
Watch on 4 devices

 

Just for info all Netflix packs (through Sky or Netflix) are in at least HD

@oldfella thank you for the response and clarification. It appears to be better value without Sky then as the same package through Netflix is £10.99 and £15 with Sky

Unless that is an offer I think you may be comparing a different package. 

 

the List costs for Netflix are just slightly dearer than through SKY

 Standard With ads £4.99 (Sky £4)

.Standard (No Ads)  £10.99 (SKY £10)  - which I think you may be trying to compare with Premum 

Premium £17.99 (SKY £15) 

 

 

Edit BTW removing the HD add on should not have paused your Netflix sub - which is Ultimate TV add on

Don't know how you work that out!

Netflix £10.99 package is standard without Ads.  Sky is £10.

 

The Sky £15 is for the premium pack (4 screens and UHD).   Netflix charge £17.99 for this.
