I pay for  uhd but it won't let me watch anything in uhd. It says I need to upgrade...

Also @Dkayr 

All UHD Sport requires Sky Sports subscription.

Ensure your display settings are set to 2160p.

 

What else is in your subscription?  Without Sports or Movies then you'll only have the option to download UHD for Sky channels were available.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
