I also had the same problem. It's all very frustrating and adds to all my other issues. Sky really need to wake up and stop fobbing us off with high prices and ignore the issues. One of my issues has been going on for over 3 years

Quick to increase subscription but when it comes to fixing faults that's another matter ☹️ thought this problem had been fixed! Is anyone from Sky monitoring their transmissions ? How about informing your subscribers Sky that there is a problem?

I agree fully. 
I think people will see this but they won't do anything about it or they will come out with the same excuses

 I have had constant problems with the following and I have a current complaint ticket open

 1. certain downloads not working 

2. getting black screens when going back to previous channel

 3. This issue

4. pixelation issues

 5. My sound bad constantly unpairing and I have repair it all the time

Me too. This actually got fixed - have they managed to screw it up again? Who had the handy phone number to get passed all the idiots and messing around. I used that before and they gave a discount because they knew it was an issue. Jokers

It's one thing after enough with Sky at present. They don't seem to really understand all these problems! They quick enough to do priceprice increases though?
