SKY Q doesn't use USB but do you mean an  HDMI cable to connect to the TV?

If it is the HDMI cable then you can get  them from many sources in different lengths - for 4K you need an HDMI V2.0 or better

@PJW1983  Sky Q doesn't need USB cables,, are you referring to the cable from the Q box to the TV? if so you can purchase an HDMI cable from any decent electrical retailer.

@PJW1983Yes you can buy these in many lengths BUT don't pay an exorbitant amount for one a basic one costing about £6 is just as good as ones costing 10 times as much, infact just looked and found one at 100 times the price.

You can buy them on Amazon - don't go for hte expensive ones though.
