Moving to a nursing home and want to have my sky package in my room

I will shortly be moving to a nursing home and want to transfer my sky package to my room, I am unable to find a telephone number that works to speak to anyone about this. Please help

Have you checked with the home what they will allow you to do and what they already provide.

Typically such a location does not (and cannot) permit multiple satellite dishes.  If there's a communal dish then you need to check its distribution system is compatible with Sky Q

 

If Sky has the address registered as an MDU and the local equipment is OK then such a move should be possible.

@Douglas+11If the nursing home does not have a suitable existing arrangements and cannot be modified to work with Q (or the nursing home will not allow it) if you have access to a fast Internet there and you can use it for streaming, check as it could be blocked to prevent streaming, you could consider changing to Sky "stream" which does not need a dish BUT check very carefully as "stream" is very different and does not meet everybodies requirements.
