Please can you give us a bit more info. 

 

Has it worked before ?

 

Are you getting an error when trying to select 2160 ? if so do you get it for both 8 bit & 10 bit

 

What is the make & model of your TV?

 

Have you tried a full power down restart of both your Q box & TV ?

Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version

Thanks but that is is Software version (which is actually out of date) but likel to get updated overnight

 

The Hardware version should be one of these:

 

Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version
If it is 32Cxxx then you have an older 1TB non-UHD Box
If it is 32B0xxx then you have a (V1) UHD but non HDR 2TB Box
If it is 32B1xxx then you have a (V2) UHD HDR 2TB Box (which has a separate Power supply)
If it is 32B2xxx then you have a (V3) UHD HDR 1TB or 2TB Box

 

What actually is the problem you are getting ?

It's not an app. On your Sky TV home page ~ Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version.
