Problem with hard drive
Hard drive making a whirring noise. We have reset. Still the same issue now no longer able to record and having problem changing channel

Try following the link below it should lead to a replacement box if needed

Remember that if you arrange a 'doorstep box swap' take the viewing card out of the faulty box before DPD take the box away.
