Tv says no signal my sky boxes are showing green lights

My tv has been moved to another spot I have visited connected everything but tv says no signal can someone advise please? Thank you

@Williams+Nana  A No Signal messae is your TV not displaying the Q box, have you checked the inputs on your TV

I can't see the one that says sky it just says hdm 1 & hdmi 2 

move tried calling sky was on hold until they closed

@Williams+Nana  If selecting HDMI 1 or 2 still shows no signal try using the sky remote with the box turned on and press buttons Home 1080 Home
