Just because you have existing credit doesn't guarantee you more.

There's nothing you can do if you've failed the check.

@Shazza8  if you are failing credit checks having credit doesn't come into it as your entire credit history is checked not just your association with sky 

you need to sign up to a credit rating agency like Experian and check your credit report for any anomalies

I see that back in March 2024 your services were restricted as you didn't pay a bill/s. Sky probably think that you wishing to add a TV (Glass?) and a mobile is too big a risk.

New subscription hasn't been available on Sky+ for several years.  Sky Q is still a live product and shouldn't require a credit check, otherwise there are Freesat or Freeview recorders widely stocked for purchase (no Sky content reception)
