Tv Scedule not working

Has anyone else had problems with their tv program schedule saying waiting for tv schedule for 3 days now

@Kazzaslee have you tried restarting your Sky Q box? Put it in standby, then turn off at the plug for 30 seconds.

Yeah tried rebooting it leaving it off for 10 mins but still comes up the same thing

Hi! Can you check the standby status of your Sky Q box please?

Your Sky Q box should be on Eco mode. If it isn't, your Sky Q box could be missing TV Guide information. To check and change your settings, try the following steps:

Press Home on your Sky Q remote.
Select Settings, Setup, then Preferences.
On Standby Mode, there are 3 options: None, Active and Eco. If your Sky Q box isn’t on Eco mode, select Eco, and a tick will appear.
Press Home to exit the menu.

Where have you seen that? This link explains the Standby settings you're referring to.
