Trouble watching programmes on Paramount +

On several occasions we have tried to watch programmes on Paramount + and soon as it goes to adverts it freezes. Sometimes it restarts but most of the time is says its our broadband , we have Sky Broadband and that is not the problem.

We don't have problems watching Netflix or Disney + and we have checked our broadband is working on the Sky app and its fine.

Does anyone else have this problem ?
