Three 5g home broadband

I've recently switched to three 5g broadband due to limited speeds in my area for fibre. My sky q box can see the router and connect to it however its not getting the Internet. Any ideas? All other devices are getting Internet fine.thanks

Have you done a network reset on your SkyQ?

I am just another Sky customer!

Yeah I had already did network reset. Also resetted 5g router.still same issue.no Internet but it connects to the router.
