If it's not turning on or is stuck on standby, Try a power reboot or the recovery procedure as described here;

Hi

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completely resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
