Try using a different HDMI socket on the TV, and try a different HDMI cable if you have one.

There is also Sky advice page for the message: This display does not support HDCP | Sky Community.

It's a good idea to run through all that before contacting Sky. It might just be as simply as a loose or dirty connection.

Yes just stopped working and has this error message from my sky q mini box
