I'm having the same issue having to force start daily and the programme not available is a new one today. As others have said, we're all paying good money but the issues are not being addressed.
I have also updated the software this week.

A number have people have the same issue, there is another thread under the heading 'This programme is no longer available'. I am in dialogue with the Sky tech team, so far nothing they have suggested (which, to be honest, has only been to restart the box and then wait and see) has worked. If I get any proper resolution, I will post it on the other thread.

Just spoke Sky, the lady I spoke to said it was the remote control loosing Bluetooth connection with the main box, and the 2 mini boxes. She then proceeded to try and sell my Netflix...., 🙄 not much point if my box don't work half the time!
Anyway, i have to ring them next time it does it... all in all, a waste of time

I made sure I left the box on overnight (TV and soundbar was off, obviously).
I've always had my box set to not turn off automatically (no Eco mode, no smart standby etc.)
Tried it this morning and... the box had just crashed completely.
What a mess.

Same issue, just the last few days.
Get up for work early 5am. Kitchen mini box reports no signal... Main lounge Sky Q box dark and unresponsive.... Only fixed by unplugging Q box to re-start. Really annoying.

@Mogster2k if yours is only doing it at 5.00 am check your standby settings see below

Live TV - This programme is no longer available
Every day, at least 3 times a day, our Sky Q box loses its connection to our router (in another room so can't use the Ethernet cable). And every day, at the same frequency, we can't change channel - the window with the new channel number appears in the bottom left of the screen and an error message at the top - This programme is no longer available. The screen goes black, we have audio from the last channel we were on but no picture. The only thing that clears it is to power off the mains and restart. The box will then be on the channel we tried to select and it's connected to the internet.
it's driving us nuts!!!

Same issue - just added a new discussion as I didn't see this. Been going on two weeks and have to restart the box multiple times a day. Had recordings not record because of this issue too. Please sort it out Sky!!

Also on 0350.000.12.00L and hardware is 32B12D.
Going on for about a month now and more than once a day. It appears to be 9 times out of ten when we've put the box in standby and gone out and then returning to watch TV and every morning.
We've tried turning off power saving etc to no avail. I've only had this box about 6 months and previous two boxes where replaced due to locking up while watching.

I've found out that if I enable the eco mode and switch it to standby on a night when I get up and start it up I have not had the problem re-occurring now for four days
