This programme is no longer available

I cannot change channels or watch recording and an error message says that this programme is no  longer  available. This happened yesterday, so I switched off and unplugged everything, which cured the problem. The same issue has occurred today.

Hi, I have the same problem - every day I have to unplug the Sky Q box for it to work. It either gets stuck on retrieving data or black blank screen and everything is not available.. been like a week now

I am also having this issue. Ive had to power cycle the main box everyday for the last week.

I'm having the same issue. Only started happening in the past week. Could there be a problem with the latest software?

I'm also having this problem have spoken with sky the last 3 days they say it's fixed. Low and behold this morning same problem.

If this is not sorted soon I will cancel everything. It's beyond a joke.

Same issue for me last 2 days, no corporate comms gone out Sky? Clearly a you issue!

Programme no longer available

Since upgrading to latest 350Q software for sky q box - the sky box keeps failing - either a black screen or a message saying programme no longer available with the machine freezing and only becoming responsive after a reboot - have to reboot the box every couple of hours now. Have tried power off recycling - reinstalling the latest software - rebooting the router etc - but problem still persists. Please help!

I have the same issue, have to cycle the power every time I want to change channels

Having the same problem, anyone heard of a fix? Rebooting only works until the next day.
