The department that sent my new viewing card has the incorrect address

On the 10th March Sky inadvertently changed my postcode to a Scottish one which means I now have Scottish TV. I have spoken to nearly all of their departments and in spite of all of them saying they now have to correct address and being extremely helpful they yet again sent me a new viewing card to the incorrect address. Fair play to Royal Mail as they seem to realise that the postcode is incorrect so not PA but BA and I finally get what Sky send out. I suspect the department that sends out the viewing cards is not linked to the departments who actually order them so until then the problem will not be solved. I am at a loss at to who or what department I speak to get this sorted.

@Dawnie+May  You just need to call Sky on the normal customer services number to update our address details.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Just ring the normal customer service number. Ask to confirm the address and postcode they have on record due to this problem and perhaps tell them the correct postcode using the phonetic alphabet so Bravo Alpha etc not Papa Alpha.

Many thanks for your reply but I have spoken to every department that handles addresses and they all tell me they now have the correct address which is clearly not the case as they are still sending/ using the wrong one. 

They just sent me a new viewing card and it's only by our clever postal service that it got to us as the last item got lost!
