Moved main Tv

Hello! Sorry if this is a really stupid question!

So I have main sky box & rooter box downstairs, where I had my main tv.

Plus a mini box upstairs with tv.

I have now replaced the tv upstairs with the downstairs TV (main tv now plugged into mini box)

main sky box & rooter remain plugged in downstairs (but NOT to a TV).

My main tv and mini box DID work when I first moved them but now it can't find the connection?

sorry, can anyone help?

thank you

Hi @SSmi Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?

@SSmiWhat you have done should work after resetting things the main problem is that with no TV connected to the main box you will not be able to see any error messages if for instance you lost the satellite signal or one of the boxes was not ticked in settings.

Re: Moved main Tv

Thank you both for your replies. So I have tried the above. The same thing is happening, it's showing error MR104, that I need to reconnect to Sky Q. Would it be worth me plugging the small tv in the main sky box and checking that? Thank you
