Telly just showing a black screen.

For the last 3 days the telly will only work intimitently, at some points we cannot view any channels, recordings or use any services. Channels are just showing a black screen. I have turned the telly off, reconnected it, turned the internet on and off but nothing is fixing the problem. It is happening on the main sky Q box and the mini boxes. It does not show any messages ie satellite signal etc and it is showing as fully connected to the internet etc.
