Television channels not working

Issues with television - channels not working and have been this way for 4 days and not getting any better

@Rob+Clark+1988  What error message do you see?  Have your rebooted your Sky Q box?   Have you spoke to Sky to send an enguineer to check your dish if a reboot doesn't work?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

channels not working

Yes done all that switched it all off and back on again now it's working am thinking the box overheated
