SkyQ Box

My sky Q box wasn't working so I called to book an engineer for today between 12pm and 5pm but I no longer need them to come out so I would like to cancel the call please

@Gwennypenny  You cannot cancel engineer visits in a public forum from an unlinked account.  You should be able to do this either through the order tracking page in your account  or calling Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Be aware cancelling an appointment on the day or the day before could result in a £25 charge.

Only booked it about half our ago and I have done the cancellation already thanks though
