Technical issue appearing nearly every hour on the main box and sky q

The sky plus is showing a technical issue nearly every hour having followed the virtual assistant each time this is not sustainable the Wi-Fi is green and there does not appear to be a way to report this other than posting this.

@Baas  Your thread mentions Sky Q , however you also say you have Sky+, you can't have both under the one account, so which is it?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
