reported issue of subtitles on season 6 episode 6 of the sopranos not being available, alongside season 5 episode 8 have a synchronisation issue with the subtitles. All other episodes are okay.
any support on this one particular episode not having subtitles? restarting box and generat technical support does not seem to be helping.
