My sky q box keeps losing internet connection

My sky q box keeps losing internet connection. We  have recently switched to talktalk fibre broadband and have had nothing but problems with the connection. There is nothing wrong with the broadband connection so the problem must be sky. Anybody else having the same issue?

We have had this issue since February. We have had no internet connection to our Sky Q box and have had an engineer come out and he had no idea either. We currently are lucky and have internet directly to our smart TV - the same TV the sky is plugged into. So who knows why the Sky Q box refuses to connect. Sky themselves couldnt give us a solution either. Hopefully yours will get sorted.

We've had the same issue for a month.  Every single time we turn on the Sky Q box it shows us the message that it can't connect to the internet.   This isn't even intermitent.   Our internet connection is stable and uninterupted (I can be working online and streaming radio, totally uninterupted) but the Sky Q box needs a network reset.

Each and every time we want to use the Sky Q box we have to unplug it from the mains and wait for it to restart.   Every time.

We've been with our current internet provider for 10 monthst and the Sky box only stopped working properly one mone ago.   Sky have changed something and broken it.   They show no intention of undoing the damage.   Maybe time to ditch Sky.

We have had the same issue for over a month or so, nearly every day we have to either switch the power off at the mains or update the software on the Q box. No issues at all with other devices on the internet connection and I work from home with no issues at all. It must be an issue with Q box that Sky need to look at fixing. Not sure if contacting them they wll replace the box and if that would fix the issue.
