I pay over £110 a month for the privilege of Sky and when I have a issue I can't speak to someone to sort the issue out. Just a AI bit that doesn't understand simple instructions??

Why is sky sports + down,we pay all that money for the sports package and we can't even watch the football on + because there's technical issues,so I'm going to miss the whole second half of a cup game, unbelievable,hopefully the engineers have figured it out in time for the boxing day game.
