Got the same DUG1 error so went I'm via apps and in sky sports, clicked on the Newcastle match and voila it worked. Good picture and sound quality

I eventually got on my choosing red button on rangers game, could just be by chance. Sky will be calling with a big offer of compo now. Yeah right
