TV package has been cancelled

Sky TV package has been disabled. We also have sky broadband but it is currently too expensive, looking for new package deal

Did you cancel the TV package or has it been disconnected due to late/non payment of a bill?

You're best off calling Sky to discuss options.

But if your services have been restricted due to a non payment calls to Sky will only prompt you to pay.
