Sky q

Hi, someone from me from Sky the other day trying to change me packages etc I told him I only want to keep my ride and I do not want anything else he told me "you can have Netflix" i said no I don't need any tv packages as I don't own a sky q box etc he said that's fine you don't need one, which doesn't make sense, I've noticed he's signed me up for sky tv when I do not need or want sky TV so I want that cancelling I don't even own a sky Q box so I'm paying for something I do not have or want.

Bizarre - but we're just other customers here.

It may not have actually been Sky contacting you.  It could be a common scam: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

Did you give them any personal details?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

How on earth did they get your payment details for something you obviously didn't want?  Sounds like you have been scammed!!
