TV Guide not displaying

For the past couple of months (on a regular basis!) the TV Guide won't display on any of my TVs (just shows a spinning circle) and I have to keep rebooting the main box to get it back again - it's really annoying! At the same time, programs on series link will stop recording and then it won't let me record anything until the main box is rebooted again!!
