Got up this morning to put BBC Breakfast on as I do every morning and there is no tv guide or live tv at all. I have rebooted the tv and broadband about 3 times and still nothing. Tried voicing various channels and nothing.

This same problem for me. I've rebooted through sky glass and turned off and rebooted etc. still nothing. Voice activation brings blank tv guide just times no info. All apps appear to be there

Can you try a you restart within the Sky Glass settings, rather than a power off restart
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream Glass Tv will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Can you remove the power or switch off at the switch your Sky Glass TV.
Reboot your router.
Once your router is back and working, wait about ten minutes, power on your Sky Glass TV, let it rest on the home menu for a few minutes, no longer.
Once again do a restart from settings on your Sky Gkass TV, not a power reboot.
Wait a few minutes, no longer and try the tv guide and live channels again.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.

This morning, the Cityfibre network is having issues which will affected any Sky Glass connection, if you are on that network.
Who is your broadband with?
