Are you selecting the HD versions of the channels & if so what message do you get - on my box the HD versions are much further down the channel lkist
(BTW I don't subscribe to TNT so not too familiar with the channels themselves)

@Asbo+56 who have you subscribed through and what channel number are you trying if through Sky the HD channels should swap to the 400's but may not have swapped so look in the 800's

Im having this issue as well. Sky Ireland, subscribed to TNT / Premier Sports through Sky themselves. TNT HD channels in the 800's stating that I need to upgrade my package to view, even though I have a UHD / HD package. I can watch some games in UHD through TNT Ulitimate (via red button on the standard definition channel) but the day-to-day stuff is all standard definition. Any help or fixes would be appreciated.

I am getting no where with sky on the phone. Sending signals to my box and being told to wait 48 hours.

After two weeks I finally got the solution. The removed my sports extra package and then re added it.
Hopefully this will fix others having the same Issue
