Can’t turn tv on!

Sky engineer came yesterday to fix sky q mini box. Fiddled around and got it sorted but now I can't turn the tv on! No standby light on the tv and no clue about how to fix it. Tv is a picture frame Samsung 

Any clues?!

That would typically suggest a power supply problem, so the mains socket, plug, power lead and wherever this plugs onto the television set would be the prime suspects.
