TNT Sports
I pay BT for the TNT Sports channels but for the last 3 weeks I haven't been able to view them through my Sky Q system. The screens are pixilated and keep freeezing then lose signal altogether. All of the other SKY channels work fine. BT have advised me to contact Sky.

Yep, been quite a bit of this.
Assuming a box reboot (unplug at the mains for at least 5 minutes), doesn't fix it, then your dish may well be slightly out of alignment and you will need an engineer.
In the meantime you can watch via discovery+ in up to UHD assuming you have activated it. The app is on your Q box.
