Assuming you mean pixelation on live channels in the TV Guide, there has been quite a bit of this reported.
Assuming a box reboot (unplug at the mains for at least 5 minutes), doesn't fix it, then your dish may well be slightly out of alignment and you will need an engineer.
In the meantime you can watch via discovery+ in up to UHD assuming you have activated it. The app is on your Q box.
