TNT Not activating on Discovery Plus

I added the TNT Sports package, and can use the few TNT channels on the Sky TV guide, but after 38 hours, it is still not active on the Discovery+ app, and says I need to update my subscription to access TNT. I spoke to Discovery+ and the man was less than helpful. Why isn't it activating on D+? They have my money, and I'm not getting the service. Even more annoying is the fact that I've only added TNT to watch 2 weeks of tennis, so I've already missed several matches that I have paid to be able to watch. What the heck is going on?!

The first thing we suggest is to fully log out of the app and then log back in ensuring that the credentials are for the one set up linked to your SKY account 

 

(Once logged in you can check this under account - in the SKY Q app it should say Contact Sky to manage your subscription)

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps, such as signing out and in again, turning off and on, checking all details, speaking to Sky & Discovery. One Sky agent deleted and reactivated the subscription in the hope it would fix it, but it's just made it worse as now they are saying I don't have a subscription, but I do, and 'My Sky' shows that I do. They really need to speak to each other and sort this out, as neither party seems to have a clue what is going on.

@JackWilbut what does the discovery plus app on the Q box itself say within the account section

Hello, did you manage to sort this? I have the same problem. Have TNT Sports but cannot get all the tennis matches. Keeps coming back to the same screen with QR code and option to go back. I've signed up to Discovery+ and the app opens, I can see one tennis match but when I click to see others, it's that same screen, even tho I am logged in to app. It is very annoying when I have paid for this package expressly to view tennis.
