The issue is with TLC/WBD who have for some reason reset the encryption flag to on, this isn't a Sky issue as it affect Freesat customer also.

Re: TLC Channel
TLC HD is now a free channel so should be available to everyone, even without the HD pack. Have you tried restarting your box?

Re: TLC Channel
I pay for HD and TLC HD is on channel 133, the SD version is on channel 828 and TLC +1 is on channel 233.
Have you checked channel 133 and 828 for you? Both the SD and HD versions are free to air, but if you don't pay for HD, yours might be sitting at 828.

Re: TLC Channel
I'm seeing reports on other forums that TLC HD has become encrypted again. This is likely to be a mistake but in the meantime you will have to watch the SD version in the 800s.

I had exactly the same issue this morning 17/1/26 . The Sky guy could not help. I have a Sky engineer coming put on `Monday.
Yesterday Jn the evening we warrched back tk bak BBTheorty on TLC+1. the pidture quality was not HD and blurry.
could not do so this morning ! No TLC in HD or SD or +1.
i reset the Sky Q box - no luck. It still thinks I need to upgrade to get it and yet it is
The Sky guy on the phone thought we should get it.
i have stripped back to the most basic Sky Q ( with sky channels only via rhe NOW app only)
but the guy thought I should be getting it.
However. i tried Freesat today and could not gwt TLC HD or SD so wondering if an issue with channel.

A Sky engineer won't be able to do anything, the problem is at the channel's end. Hopefully they will fix it on Monday morning (if not before).

Re: TLC Channel
Lest we forget, while they sort out this transmission issue out (or whatever it is), if you have activated your Discovery+ Entertainment subscription that you get included with Sky, you can watch shows on demand or even the TLC channel live.
To watch TLC live via the app, open Discovery+ and on the home screen, scroll down to "Channels", then across to TLC.
You can also access much of the content available (Sky subscription dependent), by simply saying the name of the show into voice search.
TLC live channel on Discovery+
